Cecil just wasn't my brother-in-law, he was my big brother. So sorry we can't be there but all our love and prayers are there for the family. Cecil was a wonerful husband, Father,uncle and brother.He will be greatly missed by our family.We loved him beyond words. Love, Angela and Gary Tabor
