I wanted to extend my deepest sympathies for your family's loss. I have always found comfort in Revelation 21:4 “And he [God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will morning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” Everyone who has lost a loved one looks forward to the time when no one will feel the sting of death. (1 Corinthians 15:55) I hope that these scriptures may help you though this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew your father many years ago from Nederland and Beaumont. He was a good man. I know that you will miss him. I saw him several months ago for the first time in about 20 years. We had a nice visit in front of Walmart. He was the same Marcus that I remember from all those years ago. Just know that your family is in my prayers.

Dear Luke Family, I want to send my condolences on your loss. I went to high school in New Iberia with Markus and remember him as a real nice guy. I am sure he continued being one through his life. You are all in my prayers.

We lost a great friend that would do anything for anyone. A person that put his family and friends before himself, and never met a stranger. We will miss the long stories (starting with watch this and ending with you know). Marc you will always be remembered and always be a part of our P & P family.

Marcus was a good man. I remember him coming to hotel for his coffee and honey bun and to watch the news before going to work ( and harrass a guest or two if they came in, that was funny. He told you what he thought whether you wanted to hear it or not. ) He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
