There was an empty spot in heaven on the day you left.God took your hand and with one more jesture of love set you in your place. He said "From now on you will be my light to shine the way for those who will come after you!!" So now when we look upon the stars at night we will be reminded of you.God lent us you for just a while, you taught us all so very much! Your will, your strength, your determination to survive has left so many with our own courage to persevere in our walk in life.God bless and keep your family strong. Our prayers are with you all!!Sincerely Kenny, Jan, and Jessica Shavers.

Surely your loss is Heaven's gain, but that does not lessen your pain. My memory of Anita was when she was just a little girl. She had the MOST beautiful eyes. It's been said that the eyes are the windows of the soul. Justin, I'm so sorry that such a young man must walk through this valley, but you are not alone. (I know first-hand the amount of love the Goss family has to share.) May God wrap His loving arms around the whole family and all those Anita has touched with her beautiful life. With love, your cousin, Shelah...

Anita was the strongest and bravest person I ever had the pleasure of meeting she will be missed by so many she touched the lives of everyone she has ever met with her determination to beat this horrible disease, but eventually the cancer got to be to hard to fight anymore. Even though everyone close to you, their heart is breaking now, we all know that you are finally pain free. You will never be forgotten you are a true hero. Rest peacefully on your mountain until we all meet again someday watch over us, you are truly a Special Angel now, and loved by so many. I love you Sharon Jean

To Everyone who ever knew and loved Anita:
Anita has always had an outgoing, fun loving personality and is the kindest woman that anyone could have ever met. Every memory that I have of her is a happy one. I remember the first time we ever met; my dad was dropping me off at daycare, but it was pretty early and he had to get to work soon so Mrs. Bonnie offered to let me wait with them until the doors opened. We instantly became friends and for the longest time it was like we just lived at each other's house because we always spent time with each other every chance we had. It was so much fun growing up with her and her family; those were some of the best memories from my childhood. We always comtemplate how to get back to those innocent, happy times, but once it is in the past, it becomes just a fantasy about being a child again. Anita never lost the child within her and proved it by showing her innate ability to make children happy wherever she was. Likewise, she was always able to make everyone smile no matter what mood she would find them in. Anita Anderson will always be my best friend and I will always have an unconditional love in my heart for her. You just can't find many young women like Anita these days and I thank God for giving us the opportunity to meet and become friends. Justin, Isaac, Bonnie, Megan, Elizabeth, Tommy, and all of her family, I am truly sorry for your loss and my family's prayers are with you all.
