Robert "Bob" James Hunter, Jr.

My prayers are with you and your family. May God help you through this.

Prayers and condolences go out to you Cynthia, your daughters, Robin, Sharon, Anastasia, and Eddie. I will always remember fondly living next door to the Hunters. What a blessing to have such awesome neighbors. I'll never forget Bobby and his surfer style with hair to match. The bad ass walk he took when being picked up in a limo to go to the prom. (First one I ever saw on Prospect St.). "Cleaning" his VW van for all the pennies I could find, and for all the antics only he could pull off, and still be loved just the same. For that I will truly miss you Bobby, and for that I will offer any help I can to help his family through this terrible time.

Hunter Family, We at the Port Arthur YMCA would like to let you and your family know you are in our prayers. Bob, was a referee here for years, the girls were in our different programs and we enjoyed having Bob as a part of our family. Cynthia and girls, I just want to let you all know I love you and you are in my prayers. I'm glad that I can say I knew Bob and he was a great person. We met while Anna was in my care at Taft and the YMCA. Just lean and depend on God he will see you through this.God can be a mother,father, sister, or brother. I love you and want you to know I am here. Weeping may endure for a night but Joy comes in the morning. God be with you.
