My heart breaks for you right now ladies. I'm truly at a loss for words. I can only hope that God will grant you comfort and peace and surround you with loving friends and family for the foreseeable future. Chrissy and Anna you two are daughters that would make any Dad proud. Stay the course and find hope in this darkest hour. I always enjoyed calling basketball with Bob and will miss our discussions.

I met Bob when I started refereeing in this area 3 years ago. This past year we called so many games together, we became good friends. I just talked to him last week, and it was good, just as he was good. He talked to me frequently about his daughter; he was so proud of her blossoming. She is following in his footsteps, loving to referee the game of basketball. I will miss Bob on the court, and think of him whenever I call a game. The next whistle I blow will be for Bob.

Oh, Cyn . . . I've spent the last two days crying my eyes out for you and the girls. There are no words. There just aren't. I'm going to be there for you. I promise. You can count on me. I love you, Cyn. You are going to survive this.
When I see you, I'll remind you of all those good memories, okay? Hang on. I'll be there.
Love, Barbi
