I will miss Mrs. Dee alot. She always came by the church office to visit or do business and give hugs. She also invited me and Betty to her new home to have lunch. What a treat for us. Also, loved to see what color of hat she would be wearing each time we saw. What a sweet lady. I will miss you Mrs. Dee

Dee and I were neighbors when she lived on 4th Ave. in Port Arthur. We attended St. James and finished at Bishop Byrne and were in the Colleens together. We had some wonderful times and did a lot of laughing together. Although I have not seen her in years I have very fond memories of one of my best friends in High schools. They never leave your heart.

Having had the pleasure of knowing Dee for the past few years, I will always treasure the times we had together. She was a very special lady in so many ways, and has left her touch on the hearts of so many in her lifetime. Her spirit and love of God and her family, and for all she met will be missed. To all her family, may you rest assured knowing she is playing with the angels now. God bless.

My heartfelt sympathies to all of you. I remember so many good things about your Mom. Boy did we have some great coffee breaks. All of you were such a wonderful part in my life and my children's lives. Your mom always called me to wish me Happy Birthday and we caught up on all of the news about our families. One of the Doornbos Pool 'Golden Swans' has moved on to the streets of gold. Dee was a delight to associate with on both a professional and personal level. My heart goes out the Sara and the rest of Dee's family.
