Marianne,
Charley was loved by all that knew him! I can remember going to Central bank as a child and waiting our turn in line to talk to Mr. Charley. It was ironic that many years later I became friends with one of the finest ladies I have had the pleasure to meet and low and behold, it was Mr. Charley's wife....Marianne. Charley will be missed and Marianne you are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was very sad to read the news about Charles' passing. I worked with him for a few years at the bank in Silsbee. He was a great boss - low maintenance! I remember how often he spoke of Maryanne; his favorite song was "Can I Have This Dance" . . . for the rest of my life. He said that was your song. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Rest well, Charles.

I worked with Charles in the 80's at Central Bank in Beaumont. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful and special man. May God bless his family. RIP Charles.

My sincere sympathy to the family. Charles was my eigth grade teacher and coach at St. Anne's in the late 1950's... He was a great role model and he will be missed...
