T-Bruce you will be missed , a cajun legend on & off the radio my daddy used to listen to you & tell me all about you playing on the radio so this is how i got to know you and loved you every sunday morning, may you rest in peace, love ya' Huff

Thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Remember waking up every Sunday morning as a child with my Dad singing along with the songs on the radio. Had the pleasure of meeting and getting a chance to talk and knowing T-Bruce as I got older working at LoneStar Steakhouse in Beaumont, and having the honor of introducing him to my Dad a few years ago. By that time my Dad had ALzheimer's, but the look and smile on his face as T-Bruce sat and talked to him, that memory will forever be etched in my mind. THANK YOU T-BRUCE, and thank you to his loving family for letting him be part of our lives, if only for a few hours at a time.

My husband spoke of Tee Bruce many times and always mentioned how he was such a wonderful person. I had met Tee Bruce on a few occasions and would like to express my deepest sadness at your loss. And will keep your family in my prayers.

Dear Bonnie and family,
Tee Bruce touched our lives, his visits to Boutte's were always welcomed. We enjoyed many great stories about you're camping trips, and many other things. Tee was a very talented and loving man. He loved you very much and mentioned you often. His legecy will be remembered for many many years. We are so sorry for your loss,and for every one else who was blessed to know him. God Bless you.

What a tragic LOSS! Mrs. Barbara, our hearts and prayers go out to you and your whole family. My family has known T-Bruce for as long as I can remember. My parents, Betty and Kenneth Broussard would listen to him each and every Sunday morning and us kids would be waiting for the next Saturday night to come around so we could go to the Rodair Club again. Bonnie, I only met you and Tee Bruce a few years back and I have always thought you were the most wonderful loving couple. I always enjoyed the time spent with you and your famiy. God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Love you all.

Growing up in Southeast Texas with Cajun parents, you helped us hold on to our heritage.
I remember well the Sunday mornings that were spent listening to your show.
You brought joy to our home with every “AYYEEEE” that my Mom would shout when you brought back her way of life.
She’d dance throughout the house to the “Heritage Waltz” and wants that song played at her funeral because she is proud to say that she was a Cajun when she was born and will be a Cajun when she dies.
Thank you for the joy and good times that you brought to our home and may you rest in peace and enjoy the heavenly fais deaux deaux you so deserve.
