Paula "Torchy" Salter

My dear "sister" Paula, you were always such a support and inspiration to me about what could be, and what ultimately has happened to me, is in part due to your sound advice, unwavering support, and unconditional love. I miss you so much.

We would like to extend our sympathy to Donavan and all of Paula's friends. We have known Paula for many years and always were excited to see her when she visited Wautoma and stayed at the Silvercryst. She always made us feel like family. We will miss her dearly. Tom and Cindy Sroka

Donovan, your sister sounds like a truly wonderful and kind person, whose passing has now made the world poorer. Knowing you, I trust you inherited a good share of the same personality and traits and will carry on her legacy of goodness.

Wow. You guys have said it all here and I agree. A light. A bright, caring light. It comforts me to know her spirit is out there in the universe without bounds. Torchy even got a coffee cup to me via a friend when I waS in Germany and homesick. It made me smile to think of her and warmed me to know I was thought of even though I wasn't one of her very closest friends. Shine on my friend, shine on. Blessings and peace to your family.

Oh my Torch....I know Beaumont is not burning as bright without you there. You touched my life in many ways over the years....but your ability to make everyone feel so special was truly all yours. I will miss you dear friend, carry that TORCH with the angels and I will see you again.
