I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr Meeks but know that he was well loved by all.

I could not have asked for a better granddaddy for my children. It was not uncommon for Grand "Daniel" to drop by and pick them up for an outing when they were young, and they loved that! My sincere and deepest sympathy to Pat, Wayne, Carol, Connie and all of the Meeks family.
