It seems just like yesterday when we used to take the occasional work break and chat at the picnic table outside the Mobil cafeteria. My, how time flies! My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Mike was truly one of the good guys. I am proud to have known him.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. My husband, Jimmy, worked with Mike and enjoyed good times with him and also at the fishing tournaments. I know he will be greatly missed by you and his friends. What helped me in the loss of Jimmy was to remember all of the good times that you spent together.

You were always there for me and your love never ended. You were my daddy that I treasured and loved. When I looked into your trusting eyes, something was there that no one could disguise. It's was look of complete love. You let me be your friend, giving me food and water, letting me watch TV with you and kindly always petting me with your gently hands. I bark for you and sit by your chair, but realize God has you now. Your love for me will always be in my heart. My heart is so empty as tears fall from my eyes, I didn’t have the chance to gives you kisses good bye. I miss you so very much!

Love and Miss You,

What a wonderful gentleman God has in his hands now. Mike was the most wonderful, kind, and loving man I have ever known. He really took the time to talk to you and meant what he said with true sincerity. He was willing to help you in anyway he could big or small. He also was the Best Pumpkin Carver of All! The love he had for Nonnie was the true meaning of love. What a blessing if we all could have a marriage as wonderful and special as the two of you shared. Nonnie, my prayer for you is “The Lord bless you and keep you, may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26

May those beautiful yesterdays always remain in your heart, and your sorrow gently fade away. May you find strength in your faith, comfort in God's love, and peace in knowing your friends are praying for you. Into each life some rain must fall but sunshine does appear. It brings with it a rainbow and a message that is clear. Please know that you are not alone that we all hold you dear. Let faith and hope into your heart and keep your memories near. I have fought the fine fight, I have run the course to the finish, I have observed the faith.-2Timothy 4:7. As for me, I will lie down that I may sleep; I shall certainly awake, for Jehovah himself keeps supporting me. -Psalms 3:5
