My mother, Ankie Scott passed away in June of '08 so I continue to visit Broussard's Mortuary site frequently. I just found out that Bill passed away. I wasn't aware. I worked with Bill for many years at Unocal and I have many fond memories of him. I admired him greatly. I know that he left a wealth of memories for others too. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with his family and those that came to know him.
Most Sincerely, Mike Pontious

I had the privilege of growing up down the street from Bill Langston. He was a man of honor and his service to our family, community, county and country will never be forgotten. I can say for a fact that that men like this don't come along everyday. To the Langston family, we would offer you our thoughts and prayers. Rest In Peace Bill you will never be forgotten.

Pat, You and your family will be in my prayers. I thought the world of Mr. Bill. He always had time to sit down and talk to me no matter what he was doing. When he was Constable, he always took such pride in his work and it carried over to when he came to the S.O. He always had a smile on his face. Love and prayers Nancy and Anson Neel
