When our kids were in high school, I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Shrontz in the band booster booth serving french fries, chili dogs, and all the good fried stuff. He was such fun and always had a smile. I know he will be missed terribly. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I shadowed Dr. Shrontz around MHBH and St. Elizabeth during May 2008 but have known him and his family for years. He went out of his way to help teach me as much as he could in the time that I spent with him. He was a great doctor who always had a joke and I'm glad I had the opportunity to learn from him. He will be greatly missed.

Years ago, Dr. Shrontz did my husband's back surgery. Every time we'd see him.. he'd speak and stop to talk. He was a WONDERFUL physician, surgeon and person. He will be GREATLY missed. Our prayers are with you all during this difficult time. Ronnie and Jamie Packman

Dr. Shrontz will be greatly missed. I worked with him for many yrs doing his xrays in surgery. Every Mon.Wed. Fri. was an adventure! He always had a smile and was excited to be working and making peoples lives better. I know this is very difficult right now, but Dr. Shrontz would want everyone to remember the good times! My greatest sympathy is with his family. God Bless

The one thing i remember about Uncle Carl, is he was such a goofball, and was always making me laugh when ever i was around him. Weather it was him coming up and putting his hand on top of my head, and telling me he was measuring my head because he was going to fix it. Or his gross tales of the E.R. at the dinnertable. I love and miss you Uncle Carl, you were a great man. Im praying for you Aunt Laurel, Rachael, and Cara. Love you guys.
