Mattie Alice Eakes

I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss Mattie.

To:Mr.Eakes,Dru,Aaron,Roger,Laura,Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. I am thinking of each and every one of you in your time of loss.I believe that when Mrs. Eakes left this earth God took her by the hand and led her to Heaven where there is no more pain.Over the years when I saw Mrs.Eakes you could see the love she had for her family.Mr.Eakes you were always there for Mrs.Eakes and now she is watching over you.Dru and Roger you could always tell how proud she was to call you her children.May Gods love shine down on each and every one of you and know now you all have a special angel watching over you.

I will so miss my Christmas and Bday cards from my precious Aunt Alice.. Ganny loved her so much.. Everytime I would talk to Ganny she would keep me updated on what Aunt Alice and Uncle Billy were doing... I will love her forever.. Michelle

I am so sorry to hear that Aunt Alice passed away. I remember when Karina and I were just little kids that we would always get our bday card in the mail from Aunt Alice and Uncle Billy. I am going to miss her and we all loved her so much! Please let us know if there is anything we can do.

My heart goes out to all of you at this time of loss. I loved my Aunt Alice very much. She was one the sweetest and kindest persons I will ever know. I could not have asked for a more loving aunt than her. I will always have the fondest memories from my childhood of her. My thoughts are with you even if I cannot be. Love to you all.

When I met Mrs. Eakes in 2007, I was touched by her kindness and the warm welcome to her house. This will always be a precious gift in my heart. May she rest in peace.
