First off, I've always and forever loved you, grandpa. Even tho, we really weren't given much time together you're in the heart forever. I've always heard stories from my father about you're caring and kindheartedness towards other. From meeting you the few times, I knew that I must have gotten my crazy side from you and my big heart. I see alot of you in me and I hope to pass that to friends and family. I love you, grandpa. You'll be with me always!

I have lost the dearest friend I have had in a long time. I will miss your friendship, our long phone conversations and time spent with you while in California. You enjoyed so many things I do and we were so much alike. I find myself wanting to call you just to tell you how I am hurting but that is impossible. I am praying for your family members as I know God is the only one who can give us all comfort during this time of loss. As you always use to sign off "A Friend Forever" Love Linda

Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years. Revelation 20:6 NIV

Sorry for the loss of a high school friend. We hung out together along with Rubin Vigil and Larry Freeman. We would go to Winnie an hang out because Rubin had friends that lived there. Barnard made many friends there at that time, this was in 1964 and 1965. The only son I meet was Victor when he lived in Bridge City before he said he was moving to Houston. Victor and all the family, again I'm sorry.

I wish I could have made it to your service. You were always such a nice man and you will forever be missed and in the hearts of your family, friends, and those of us at Triumph Church! We love you and say hello to Jesus for us!

Bernardo always had a smile on his face and always treated me and my sons with great respect and kindness. For many years I would see him in church on Wednesday and Sunday. Senora Martinez, you are in my prayers as is your family. I will never forget hearing Bernardo when he praised God and said "Gloria a Dios". He loved the Lord and wasn't ashamed of telling people about the Lord. He is now with the One he loved for so long and one day we will all see him again when we reach heaven. May the Lord give you peace knowing that your precious Bernardo is present with the Lord.
