To The Neff Family-Jay, you and Jackie were such a wonderful presence in my life. Jackie helped me when I was going through a very painful period ( a breakup) by giving me a Guardian Angel card which I carry to this day, and you helped me sell my car. You both were always wonderful to me. I lost my Mother in August and of course Doc died this year too. I guess God is in his glory because he really has some beautiful "Guardian Angels" now. My thoughts and prayers are with you Jay and your family always. Love, Michele

You were a good friend and a lady of wisdom. I will always remember the times we spent talking and laughing about family and our cats.
You will be missed by friends and family, but I know you are at peace.

Aunt Jackie was the most beautiful, classy and caring woman I have ever known. I love remembering all her stories and telling them to my kids. My happiest childhood memories were spending summers with Aunt Jackie and Uncle Jay. She will be greatly missed. My heart goes out to you Uncle Jay. Love Always, Monnie
