A true icon of Jasons Deli, Gateway. A wonderful lady who was such an asset to this company. Her recipes were always perfect! We will miss her greatly.

PC will be missed by every person that enters the Gateway deli. She was such a hard worker and so very sweet to us all. We feel so blessed to have had her in the deli for so many years. She is, as I am - a member of the Deli Family!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I will miss Pat running over to me at Jason's Deli and talking to me and making sure my order was right. Pat always opened her heart with a kind word to me and my son.
We are long time friends of James's parents , Raymond and Natalie Hebert.
James, Ginny, Kyler and Reece we love you !

PC will truely be missed. I worked with her my whole deli experience at GTW. She loved cooking. She always brought specialty dishes to the deli for everyone to enjoy. Her Chess Pie was amazing. She touched everyone's life that passed threw the doors of GTW. She was the deli "mom" for many including me. We laughed, cried and complained together over the years. I can still remember her hand chopping boiled eggs for the tuna salad or APS as she walked around the deli talking to everyone. GTW will never be the same without her at the register. She will always be in our hearts! I will miss her dearly!
