Its goin on almost 2 years since you left me man. Im trying to stay strong,but its very hard. i really wish i could do something to get you back !!! i miss you so so s o much. My life haven't been the same since......Everybody that knows me knows how much you meant to me!!!!!!!!!!! Im so sorry i didnt get down there and visit as much as i wanted to. Its like something would always come up, because we always talked about visiting each other. All i have left is the the letters you use to write me . I hope and pray that i get to see you again, whether it be physical or spititual form. I know u were a devout Jehovahs witness and you put your all into it. As i got older i started opening my mind and going with my heart. Daddy I just felt that no one one this earth has personally talked to God , so were all here just trying to find him the best way we can whether your baptist, catholic , or whatever. But i know one thing you use to always tell God knows your heart. So whichever way we choose to serve God thats one thing that he knows!! Sometimes i have a strange feeling that your in heaven looking down on me saying "i ve been telling my son about paradise on earth an im up here in heaven :) theres been a few occasions where i know for a fact that you have gotten back in contact with me. it kinda feels like you asked God please show my son a sign or something that im fine. That would be nice(Heaven) ---- I know(if i get to heaven) the first think i would say is, please tell me have you seen G-A-R-L-A-N-D JOSEPH BROUSSARD.... FIND WHERE YOU ARE- THEN RUN INTO YOUR ARMS N WRAP YOUR WINGS AROUND ME AN WHISPER IN MY EAR "WELL DONE MY SON, WELL DONE" THEN YOU START SHOW ME EVERYONE ONE ELSE --MOMO , BIG MAMA , KENDRA , AUNT MARY , UNCLE DALE , WILLIE C AND MANY MORE. I MISS EM ALL . I LOVE YOU OLD MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Words can't explain how much i miss u man!!! Its not a day that goes by that i dont think about you. I remember all the times we shared together. The times we played basketball together has got to be my favorite, i can recall each time clearly. Also i remember waitng over Big mama & Rene's house for you to get off work. I pretty much knew the exact time you would make it over there in blue boy. I LOVE YOU!!! God couldn't have put a better father in my life than you. I'm trying my best to maintain , but it is eating me up inside. Lately I've been wishing i had a dream where i could talk to you just one more time, and i know you would get on me to stop stressing "im fine" i've been more worried about you son. I could go on & on . I ll be back on here to check on you , cause it kinda feel like im talking to you. Before its said and done i will have this guest book filled to maximum capacity(smiling). I even got that Bill Mathers song in my I pod "Just the 2 of us" , i remember you told me that song reminds me of you. Jaime foxx " I wish you were here" . Once a again I LOVE YOU MANNNNNNNNNN. I know Lynn an the kids miss you too. They also need that dream too , just let em know your ok. I LOVE YOU

We have known Garland since the 1970's when we were also in the West congregation and have enjoyed talking to him from time to time. Psalm 34:18: "Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves." The holy spirit came give you "strength beyond normal" to go from day to day. We send our warm Christian love.
