I have fond memories, from OCS, of “Cobb’s” leadership especially in the field. He quite way of making suggestion and well thought out plans. He was always helping out many of us less experience candidates. My minds picture of “Cobb” is with his unlit stubby cigar he had in the field. The world has lost a good man.
