We were so sad to learn that Aunt Carroll is no longer with us! She was a very loving, gracious, sweet and exceptional aunt & Godmother to me my whole life! She has amazingly passed down all her incredible attributes to all of her children, my dear cousins. If there is a mother-of-the-year award in heaven I feel certain it will go to her! I know she is now in the loving arms of Jesus surrounded by all her loving family and friends. God bless you, Aunt Carroll! You will always remain close to my heart.

I am so sorry and saddened by the news. I really loved Aunt Carrol. She was such a wonderful person and so gracious. It has been quite a while since I last saw her but remember how much fun she was to be around. And she cared so much about everyone. I didn’t know that she was 92! Such a long and rewarding life! Love you all, Nelson

I feel so blessed to have known Mrs. Nelson. I only remember her love and kindness all the years we were growing up. She was an amazing lady. She is now and forever at peace in God's loving arms.

To my nelson family with plenty of love. I try and be strong for yall so much but my heart is gone. I never met someone like kissy. She really had my heart. I have literally laid on her lap and cried when I had one of those crazy days in my life. She would just rub my head and listen. This was way more than a job to me. She was my Best friend. A true friend indeed. My heart is gone so painful for me to deal with. I love yall so much. Thank you for sharing such fragile cargo that can only be handled with the best tlc ever. Forever my best friend. And remember what I tell you "Hakuna matata it means "no worries". So rest my best friend and just know I have everything under control.
Love forever and ever Kizzy Senegal

Oh how I loved your mom!! Your family is very dear to me. I will cherish my memories with you all during our summers. I know Mama greeted her as she entered Heaven with a big hug. Theirs was a special friendship. I'm leaving town or I'd be there to celebrate your mom. Know I send my love and wish I could hug you all. All my love!! Kydie
