You were a happy place to be, laughter in the darkness and warmth on the coldest of days. Friends with such love are very far and few between! Thank you for sharing you with me! Sunny

Ralph, or Radar was, and will continue to be, a bright spot for the entire Phillips family, especially to my brother Greg. His ability to find humor in almost any situation was uncanny. I had my car at Calvert Toyota for some service work and dealing with our mutual friend Johnny. Ralph was the service manager and had a very irate women in front of him over something that was unrealistic and trivial. Ralph would occasionally look over at Johnny and me and display utter bemusement. This poor lady had no idea that Ralph was finding something funny in her moment of anger! Just carry on the good work in the next frontier.

Dearest Ralph, May you rest in peace and love with your Mom, Dad and brother in the presence of God. You will be sadly missed by all who knew you and deeply love you. You brought great joy to all who were fortunate to know and spend time with you. I, (Janita) first met Ralph when he was in High School. Loretta invited Dan and I to Christmas dinner in their home. It was a delightful day filled with love and laughter. The following January, Ralph was a groomsman in our wedding. He was a very handsome young man wearing that tuxedo. Since that time, our family has so very much enjoyed being a part of "Loretta's Family Reunions". There is so much love in this family, and so many entertaining stories, with Ralph being the natural "storyteller" on any and every topic. Ralph would start telling a story and the laughter would last for hours, often making it difficult to finish the meal due to hysterical laughter Ralph had an unmatched sense of humor, a tolerant, and gentle nature. He was understanding, empathetic, and kind to others and loved his family above all else. Ralph was dearly loved and we will sincerely miss him and the joy he brought to this world. Our deepest sympathy to Renee', Ro, Roxanne, and their families.
Your loving cousins, The Engerran Family - Dan and Jan, Daniel and Kathy, Debbie and Eric, Lauren, Ava, & Emily.

My dear sweet Ralph.....I'm so glad that we reconnected over the last few years. Your bright smile made me smile and that sense of humor kept me entertained. I will cherish the memories I have of you for my lifetime. RIP "little brother" - and watch over all that you left behind. Love and God bless!
