Dr. Gabriel "Tony" Anthony Martin

Tony was a wonderful friendly colleague at Lamar University. He lead the university department chairs as President of CID a few years ago, and I appreciated his interest in helping others. Tony will be very missed at Lamar University.
May God keep his family safe and protected in this difficult time.

I am so saddened for you and all of Tony's family. I considered him a professional friend and always enjoyed working with him. He always made me feel like quite the guru on qualitative dissertations when I served as the methodologist! His smile will be missed in this world. Blessings to you and all of the family.

I was in the first group chosen for the Interpreter Training Program under Dr. Martin. I learned so much and he will be sorely missed.
