My heart felt condolences he was my coach at Weslaco high school. I knew him as a kind and gentleman. I never forgot him throughout the years he made a big impact in my life he is one of the reason why I succeeded in life this man was one-of-a-kind. When I need a father advice he was always there my heart is very heavy you will never know the impact he had in my life.

Billy was my best History teacher and tennis coach I Had when he Nd Tom first came to the RGV to teach in Donna Tx they treated us with respect and good family values men like the Gossett's are what this country needs more of. (May he rest in pease)
