Estelle Marie Redding

Prayers to all of the Family, Friends, and former Students..She will be greatly missed. One of my favorite teachers...

Mrs. Redding was a great teacher! She loved her students students so much and taught her students to never give up and always reach for our goals. Mrs Redding is the reason I never gave up in school. She inspired her students to achieve and be successful! She was always there when you needed help! I was always happy when it was time to go to her class! I miss her dearly and words can't express how upset I was when I found out Mrs Redding my old English teacher passed. Thanks for all you did Mrs Redding!! Love you and miss you dearly! Rest In Peace!

I first met Marie when I was in junior high school. She complemented my orange coat and I never forgot how that made me feel. She was one of many educators who inspired me to join the teaching profession. The second half of my teaching career I was lucky to teach along with Marie at Nederland High School. When my son became high school age, I made sure he was in her class. Marie was kind and caring. God bless her sweet soul.

She will be greatly missed. She was an exalent teacher. And friend to her students.

Ms. Redding had a very special place in my heart! She was one of my favorite teachers who moved from C O Wilson to Nederland High school with the first freshman class. I had the privilege of being in her class for 2 years! Her friends & family are in my prayers during this time of need! She will be missed by all!!!

Ms. Redding was a great teacher. She inspired all of her students. She made me love Greek mythology. She will be missed. My prayers are with her family.

I am sorry to hear about Estelle's passing. She was a classmate at PN-G, Groves Jr. High and Groves Elementary schools. Was also a pretty Indian Maiden and such a very nice person. RIP Marie, for you will surely be missed.

I'm so sad to hear this. Ms. Redding was a great English teacher and I enjoyed having her. My deepest condolences to her family.

I'm very sorry to hear of her passing. I remember her as a very nice lady and a great teacher that cared about her kids.

Having taught with Marie since 1972, and then subbing with or for her, we are members of the changing times of NISD. She left so many appreciative students, and many friends from so many different avenues. She was loved and is remembered for quick humor and fondness of her students. Bless you in your eternal life, meeting up with your dear parents, especially your mother who you cared for so many years. RIP in friend.
