Mrs. Caples and family, I knew Art for almost 40 years but not thru work, although I heard many work related stories from him and others. I knew Art from the Servicemen's Annual Fishing Event that he and a few thoughtful and giving men in the HVAC industry started in 1965. What he helped start and grow, has benefited so many of his fellow outdoors men, young and old. Art was a "spark plug" for this growing event. Thank you for allowing him the time away from home to do this. We all loved Art with his quick wit and never ending humor. We will miss him dearly. I am proud to have called him my friend.

Art, you gave me a job when I was 14 years old. you taught me the A/C and refrigeration business and many other things, thank you for teaching me the trade. I will never forget the great times we had fishing and hunting trips. You will be missed by all of us.

I endure the times we spent together and they are locked inside my heart. For as long as I have those memories we will never be apart. Norm

Art,
We lived next door for 26 years and you and Gudrun were the best neighbors we ever had. We always fished and hunted together and I enjoyed every minute. I always enjoyed our afternoon "conferences" either in my driveway or your garden.

You were always there for us and our boys and you introduced me to the Servicemens Fishing Event. I and one of sons and my grandson now go every year. You were one of the Charter Founders and you were able to make the 50th Event when Ingrid brought you there. All the "Ole" guys really enjoyed that. Just get the fishin holes ready ole buddy because we'll be looking for you when we get to heaven.

I know you are in heaven Art because GOD couldn't have put a better person on his earth than you.

We Luv ya Art.
