Dear Fred,
So sorry to read today of Judy's passing! It was always a delight to run into you and Judy shopping or at a movie, etc.! I met you both when you were running the ABC, over 30 years ago, and we have had such great conversations! And may I offer my wish that November's elections turn out the way she would have wanted! A dear and wonderful lady!

I will miss our deep discussions into economics, politics and religion - all the forbidden subjects of polite conversation. We met as total opposites in our political and religious belief systems but we appreciated in the other their sincere search for significance and meaning in life. We both thought outside the box and at times passionately disagreed. We worked together in the public square to create positive political outcomes for our country and our community. From our constant conversations we learned from each other and we grew together from our mutual experiences. I will miss Judy and so will many volunteer organizations from local parks to local museums. You were one classy lady. Goodbye Judy.

It saddens me to hear this. Judy was a great women and the two of you complemented each other.
I am proud to have known her and the joy she was to you!
She is in better hands now.

Fred, I was deeply saddened to learn of Judy's passing. I am a former classmate of Judy's. We attended St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic school from fifth thru ninth then Brazosport High School all in Freeport, Texas.
While we were living in Hull-Daisetta in the sixties, Judy moved to Batson to stay with her aunt and we were able to get reacquainted. After we left Hull-Daisetta and moved back to Brazosport area we lost track of each other.
Please accept my condolences, I know you are going to miss her.
Sincerely, Maudlynn Broussard Drake
