Dear Bertie and family-I am so sorry for your loss. Heaven is rejoicing at the homecoming of this loved one. I know for sure the good Lord is saying, "Well done my good and faithful servant".
I was honored to know Bubba and call him my friend.
Prayers for peace to all of you.

I am so sad right now hearing this news. Bubba was like a 2nd father to me and I will miss the many campfire talks we had on our Boy Scout camp outs. I'll miss the sound of him making the coffee before anyone else was awake on those same camp outs and I'll miss the little pranks he would play on the boys.

The world has lost a great man, a true saint among us.
