Brian Keith Pinckney

Went to Basic, Korea and SIAD with Brian. Lived with him off post for a short time before getting housing. Sorry we lost contact, rest in peace brother! Hoo Rah!

I can still remember meeting Brian for the first time at Sierra Army Depot. Three of US had just returned from Korea and had to live off post. I was always impressed by how Brian was such a hard worker and member of the 980th MP Co. He went on to be member of 5th Platoon at SIAD. Rest in Peace Brother!

Such a sad day for the Army and the Law Enforcement community. You will forever be remembered. RIP Sir, for you no longer suffer.

My most sincere condolences... He was one of the first CID agents I met when I arrived in Korea in 2009. Great agent, great officer, even better human being. Rest In Peace my friend.

It was my honor to serve with CW4 Pinckney at Fort Hood, Texas. He will be greatly missed within our Army family. A truly honorable gentleman.

Brian's passing has been a matter of much discussion and sorrow among many of his US Army CID friends and coworkers on several CID Facebook Groups - it is very clear he was greatly respected and liked by those he worked with and who knew him - I had the honor of knowing and working with him at Ft Bragg and Fort Jackson and was very saddened to learn of his passing - my condolences to his family
