SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOST

Gary "Gabby" Jones

Mark, Rocky , Gary, and Kathy, I can still remember like it was yesterday, your daddy would be filling the candy and coke machines when we were in elementary and he would run us off cause we were trying to get candy from him. LOL. That was back in the day when every class had 2 or 3 Melancon boys in it! Your daddy was undoubtedly the WORKINGEST man I ever saw in my life. WAY UP IN HIS 90'S ! I would get tired driving by his house and see him outside on his tractor in the HOT SUN! and he seemed to be ENJOYING IT! I only WISH I could be half the man your daddy was. And your mom and dad also taught yawl the value of hard work. God Bless the Mr. Joe Melancon family.

Mr. Joe always was very kind to me and a good friend to my grandfather many years ago. May you find comfort in your time of loss.
Sincerely,

Mr. Joe was a very good man and a hard worker. He always made sure that the H-F HS. campus was a source of pride. He will be greatly missed. Love to all the family. Mrs. Sach
