I haven't seen David since high school, but I always remember him for the light he brought with him wherever he went. He was always smiling, always positive, and it was always wonderful just being around him. David was one of the most joyful people I've probably ever known. My heart goes out to his wife and family today. I am so sorry for your loss.

David has been a part of my life for 30yrs since this 8yr old Highland park kid met this Hillcrest kid "Peanut" & his best friend "Dorf" at the baseball field. He welcomed me with open arms like he's done to so many ppl over years. They just don't come any better than David he was an amazing friend to me no matter how long it had been between conversations we picked up right where we left off laughing & cutting up.. My friend I love you & you will truly be missed.

The memories we shared with yall are priceless and we cannot imagine the pain you are going thru the loss of your handsome son! We loved David and we will miss him so much!
