Steve and I were childhood friends in the old Freeway Manor Subdivision in South Houston. The last time I saw Steve was at one of the South Houston High School Class Reunions. We had a close mutual friend...Carol Callahan who we lost several years ago. That's when Steve and I reconnected. Since Steve remembered that my father raised orchids, he told about his. Steve was always a nice guy...a gentile spirit. I'm gonna miss you "buddy." Thanks for serving our country in the NAVY.
