Fred Manley

Fred was a very good friend from grade school on through
high school in Cedar Falls. On the way home from grade school he would stop with me at my house and ride my pony, named Topsy. Sometimes we would hook it to the buggy and ride around my parents property on 7th Street.
Sorry to learn of Fred's passing and sorry we lost track of one another.

So sad to hear this news. Fred was a very nice man. Loved to have fun with his wife and family. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Kathy, Billy and Stephanie for your loss. We were neighbors for a very long time and we had some great times over the years. RIP Fred.

Kathy, and family we are deeply sorry for the loss of a special man your husband Fred, and father of your children. We were blessed to have know Fred, my husband always said I love that man he's is so much for his family. Fred always had a smile no matter where you seen him.
