Fred was a very good friend from grade school on through high school in Cedar Falls. On the way home from grade school he would stop with me at my house and ride my pony, named Topsy. Sometimes we would hook it to the buggy and ride around my parents property on 7th Street. Sorry to learn of Fred's passing and sorry we lost track of one another.
