I had the fortunate pleasure of knowing Hal through my work at Entergy and his participation with Beaumont GSU Sideliners retiree club meetings and Live Wire events. It seemed that the room brightened whenever Hal entered with his happy smile and energy. I enjoyed his friendship for several years and have fond memories of this very kind, considerate, and gentle man.

Mr. Tierney had to be someone very special in life. He created two VERY wonderful daughters. My heart goes out to both of them during this time. I know too well what they are going through. I love them both dearly and will pray that their hearts are filled with wonderful memories of love and laughter.
