Matt and family,
It's always difficult to lose a parent regardless of how old they get. We pray that precious memories will sustain you and give you comfort in the days ahead. The video tribute was so beautiful. Praying for peace and gratitude during your time of grief. To have your dad as long as you did is such a blessing.

I worked with Bill for many years. One could not find a better co-worker who exemplified Biblical principles in all he did. Very nice guy. Heaven has gained a saint, who is now reunited with Barbara, his lifelong loving wife.

I have worked every Tuesday afternoon for almost 2 years with Billy Ray in the Houston Temple. My respect for him is deep and I shall miss his greatly. Not once did he ever seem tired, but served with devotion to his Savior. He shall be greatly missed. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family for the loss of such a kind and wonderful man.

I can see him in haven holding hands with the love of his life Barbara and smiling again.
We all have lost a great friend and I lost the best mentor I ever had. Mr. Bill as we called him had a fantastic sense of humor, loved his family and his faith and care for any and every body around him.
Rest in peace our dear friend and give Barbara a hug from all of us.
