I remember Cheryl from NorthEnd Baptist Church and from school. She was a kind, loving person who I really admired. I pray God will comfort the family of Cheryl and her friends. We will all meet again someday.

Seems that I knew Cheryl my whole life-first as students, then as neighbors and board members of the Eugene Field PTA. What a wonderful lady. She will be missed for now but has been promoted to Glory and is now with the Lord for eternity.

Just wanted to say we were so sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. Charles David, we will keep you all in our prayers. You know how special y'all were to Tom, and I also appreciate how supportive you both were during his final illness. Cheryl was so kind to us, and we will always remember her sweet spirit. She and Sheryl are having a wonderful reunion in heaven. God bless. Kathy, Bob, and Jennifer Ellis

Cheryl served as one of our Champions for Children in her role as Attendance Clerk in BISD. She was faithful in service to her duties and responsibilities. Even on those days when she didn't feel her best, she persevered and gave her best. The BISD Student Services Department and sisterhood of Attendance Clerks stand together and offer comfort and strength to the family and many of friends of Cheryl in her transition from labor to reward. Well done thy Good and faithful servant!

I have fond memories of Mrs. Boykin and her family from long ago days when her children attended Eugene Field Elementary School. She worked in the PTA and was always eager to help the teachers and students. I will be praying that you will feel God's love and comfort in the days ahead.

My deepest sympathy to the family! Cheryl was a wonderful woman who experienced a difficult battle. She went through all for this over the years like a warrior. She always had a smile! She will be missed!
