Joan Dail Shelburne

Aunt Joan was my daddy's sister. When he and my mama married in 1977, Aunt Joan warmly welcomed four new "kids" into her family...without hesitation. Any time I was in town, she always made a point to make it to the house to visit and catch up with news of my own family. She cared. I truly enjoyed her company, her laughter, and her love of family. She leaves behind many who dearly love her, and she has three amazing daughters (my cousins) and a big family that will miss her greatly. On Saturday we will celebrate her life!!!
