Isaiah 41:10 ESV;Psalm 119:50;Isaiah 53:4-6 ESV;Ecclesiastes 3:1-4 ESV
I pray these verses bring peace to your hearts. They have helped me greatly in my time of mourning so I am blessed to be able to pass them to you in yours. Know that you don't suffer in vain and that God is love and He redeems and He restores every broken heart.

It was January 2, 2013. We walked in as newbies to work. We built the ultimate friendship to the point that you became family. We have shared so many memories that I will hold on to for a lifetime. We always promised each other that when retirement came, we would share those stories with our friends and family and shake our heads as they bent over in laughter. You were that person who would check on me when the hallways became quiet, you would come and sit when you just wanted to talk and tell me it's "another day" every morning at work reminding me that we will take on the day. I'm going to miss rounding the corner and seeing you wave, stopping in your office to talk about everything under the sun and getting pep talks to continue through the day. You have made a significant impact in my life.

Anthony was a wonderful person. I cannot believe he is gone so soon. He made me laugh when I was upset, and he always knew what to say. He was crazy smart, and I could always count on his help if I didn't understand something. My family and my thoughts are with the Flores family at this time, and may he rest in peace. God bless. I have known Anthony for as long as I can remember. We took swimming lessons together as children, spent the night at each other's houses, were in band together on the drum line, and had many adventures together throughout high school. He even taught me how to drive a standard transmission with his Ford Ranger. He was a great person and a dear friend. I still cannot believe he is no longer with us. Such a terrible loss to everyone he knew. He is greatly missed. Our hearts go out to the Flores family.

I wanted to write a few words about my dear, sweet friend, Anthony. I’ve known Anthony for about 10 years. We have had a lifetime of fun and laughter in a very short time. I was very glad when Anthony came to work for DARS so that our fun could happen daily. We always took a few minutes to play trash can basketball, sing songs from “Frozen”, joke about retiring, plan our future hot wing business or tease about eating “hooters” hot wings. His kind heart and good nature reminded me of my own son and I could always count on him to look out for me. He adored Jessica and did his best to be a good husband to her. He talked about her all the time, the games they would play at home and the movies that they watched. He shared pictures of his niece and I enjoyed watching her grow. Anthony loved life and helping people. He was very caring and enjoyed the work that we do. He will always be my “fancy bear”. Jessica and his family will always be in my prayers and he will always be in my heart. I thank God for the privilege of knowing this beautiful soul. I know he is in heaven.

Celeste and Jessie....Henry and I are so very sorry for the loss of your son and, Cilena for the loss of your brother. Our prayers are with you all and please know they will continue. We remember Anthony when he was little....him and Cilena....the two loves of your life. Now, one in Heaven watching over each of you and one here doing the same thing. So young to be taken away, but know he is with God in Heaven as God so chose for him at this time. Prayers are so powerful and one day..the tears you shed will be smiles with the memories you all have of Anthony! Love you all.....Candy and Henry

Anthony was a great uncle and brother-in-law. He was always trying to pick up the tab at dinner and was never seen without a smile. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and being a pretty awesome uncle to my kids. We love you, Uncle Anthony! Thanks for everything you added to our lives.
