my memories of karen are from the beach and always seeing her with a big smile on her face. i would think I want to be this lady she s always smiling and happy and everyone stops her to say hello and hug her! she was so loved and knew everyone, it seemed! we won't forget how she made garrison and I feel so welcome, all of you did!

Karen was a bright star, who lit up the lives of everyone around her.
Now she's returned to the heavens where her light can again shine.

Emily and Cindy, I was sadden to hear about Karen. Its been a long time since I've seen her, but I still treasure those days. I remember the vividly the night I met her, as most people do when they meet a special person. She was a joy to be around. My thoughts and prayers will be with you.

Prayers for all of you as you grieve the loss of your mother, grandmother and sister. You will never get over it but God will give you the strength to get through it.
