Incredible man. Will be missed. Some say we are defined by those we touch in life. One of the most influential people I remember from my grade school education.

Mrs. Brown and kids, You all will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Greg was a wonderful person and will be missed my all. I don't think believe anyone has ever been loved by so many. I consider myself to have been extremely fortunate to have known Greg. My son was was so lucky to have been coached by him at school and at Amelia Little League. He was certainly one of a kind!

Coach Brown you were great guy, you are leaving behind a legacy of being such an incredible influence to the boys of Amelia. For a lot of us who were raised by single moms you were one of the most positive male influences we could have asked for. Whether it was on the fields of Amelia Little League or at the elementary school you always reminded us hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard and above all us enjoy the grind, it makes the victories sweeter and the losses not sting as much. You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Greg. I first met Greg in 6th grade, when our family joined FBC Beaumont where the Brown family attended. Throughout our middle school and high school and college days, Greg was a genuine, loyal, kind, caring, strong, and dependable friend. If he said he would be there for you, he would be. Mrs. Brown, you were a wonderful Sunday school teacher and role model for me. Thank you for letting Jesus shine through you. Jesus also shined through Greg. I am sorry I will not be able to attend visitation or the service but, Mrs. Brown, please know I am continuing to remember you all in my thoughts and prayers. Blessings to you all at this time.

The world has lost a wonderful human being. Greg loved all children and championed each and every one. He remembered every child who crossed his path. I had the honor of working with Greg at Amelia and Dishman. He coached my son in Little League. My heartfelt sympathy to his mother, Shirley and his precious children. Love and prayers to all who knew and loved him.
