From time-to-time mom and I would stop by and for a short visit, as they were life long friends and went all through school together. Shortly after mom passed I stopped by to see Harvey, I walked in the store and heard a voice from behind me, "I sure was sorry to hear about your mom" he said. We sat down and talked for a while and that was the last time I saw him but I often think about what he said, so simple, so true. Now I say, Harvey, I sure am sorry to to hear about your passing! I know your many friends and family will miss you and I will too.

Prayers for the Night family. Mr. Night was such a kind and gentle soul. I bought many a police uniform from him back in the 80's and early 90's. He was always so kind, helpful and had a smile for everyone. Enjoy your heavenly reward Mr. Night.

Dear Family and Friends:

I just wanted to take a moment to offer my sincere condolences on the passing of our dear friend, Harvey Night

Below are my views of Harvey::

1) The Harvey NightI knew had great courage. He was never afraid to speak out against the status quo and conventional wisdom……..

2) The Harvey Night I knew had amazing wisdom. He always knew his subject matter - - and could always defend it…..

3) The Harvey Night I knew had conviction. He always felt strong about his ideas, no matter what anyone else thought.

4) The Harvey Night I knew had clarity. His message was typically simple, concise and easily understood…..

5) And the Harvey Night I knew had credibility. He dang sure knew how to walk the walk and talk the talk.

No one had more compromising integrity than Harvey He always thought with discipline and honesty. He could sort through flattery, through politics and could always see things as they truly were.

He was a most remarkable man. I always viewed Harvey as incredibly competent, very caring and amazingly confident. One has to understand, I knew Harvey for 65+ years.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Family.

המקום ינחם אתכם בתוך שאר אבלי ציון וירושלים
