My deepest condolences to this family. Mike was a truly great guy. I first met him years ago when we were both working for Keown Supply. He was like a big brother to me and taught me many things about the road construction business. Our careers took seperate paths, but we both remained in the road business.
Throughout the past 40+ years we had many wonderful conversations over a good cup of coffee. Though I have never met any of you personally, I feel I know you all well. Lynn he adored you and always talked about trips you had made and things you were working on. We shared stories about the kids and grand kids and his heart was always filled with great pride and love for each of them.
S/E Texas has lost a great resource in the construction business and few will ever know his tremendous contribution to our area.
Mike was a co-worker; customer; competitor but above all a great mentor and true friend. We will all sorely miss him.
May God bless his soul and may His Peace be with each of you.

Dear Lynn. I was in the same class (1961) as you and Mike. You two were always such nice people and so friendly. I am shocked and saddened by the news of Mike's death. My prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. May God bless you and may Mike rest in peace.

You will always have your good memories, caring family and friends and a strong faith to get you through the rough days. Mike will be missed by so many. To Mike's Family, I had the the great benefit and joy of working with Mike on many construction projects for probably over 25 years. I found Mike to be a professional at his work but he also had a great laugh and sense of humor. I will miss our in depth conversations about various phases of work on construction projects and the times we discussed family and life in general. I consider it a great honor calling him my friend. May God bless your family with peace with the loss of Mike. I will miss him very much.
