I love you Auntie! I remember getting so excited to come visit. Our impromtu family reunion was such a special weekend. I will remember your amazing smile, laugh and heart. I will strive to live life to the fullest with family first, like you did. My heart is with my family even though I can't be there. I love you!!!

This was the sweetest and most caring lady on the planet. The entire Johnson family loved her to pieces. We are praying for for my sweet Emerson family. Heaven definitely gained an angel.

I knew Charlene when I worked for Triangle Art Crafts (1974-1981)'she was a customer I really enjoyed. I always loved visiting her booth at Nederland heritage festival.

I carried my mother to her shop one day and they realized your mom knew one of my mother's aunts. They shared memories of her. Small world!!

My heart goes out to family, and by family I mean any one who came in through the kitchen door. Mrs. Emerson (no offense meant, everyone still calls my mom Mrs. Tilley) was one of the warmest lights I've felt in all the world. She had a glow that brightened any space she entered. Even when she was setting us straight, which we made her do a lot, we all knew she still loved us. The world just got a little colder. I am lucky to have know her.

My prayers are with all of the family. This sweet lady was one of a kind and will be truly missed by her friends and family. All my prayers to the family!!
