Working with Helen at Beaumont State Bank in the early 1980's, I learned much from her. She was a gracious lady, and a mentor to young people. Years later whenever she was in the courthouse, Helen always stopped by my office to say hello.
My sincerest condolences to her family.

I have a few memories of David's mom. She was always involved as he went through his school years. I know she was proud of her children and has I'm sure lived a full and blessed life. My thoughts a prayers as she's laid to her final resting place.

Helen was truly an amazing and unique individual. I cherish the fact that she was a second mom to me in many ways. I will hold that close to my heart forever. David & Mary, my heartfelt sorrow goes out to both of you for the loss of a wonderful mother. May your mom rest is peace.
Love, Colleen Stone

I have many fond memories growing up and playing in the old neighborhood with the "Warden" making David stay inside when he misbehaved, which of course hardly ever happened. Also the time when John Fields, myself and others lite up Helen's front door with roman candles when she wouldn't let David come outside to shoot fireworks with us.May God bless Helen. David, Mary and their family are in our prayers.
