Melissa Lynn Mizelle is the daughter of Charlie Ferguson Ratcliff and Brenda Willis Ratcliff. Brenda is the daughter of Evelyn Cryer Willis. Brenda used to keep Robert when he was a youngster before she married Charlie. We are sorry for your loss.
