Thank you for all of the hope that you instilled in me. You are an anchor and inspiration to so many of your ACTS sisters and you will remain so loved and missed in all of our hearts. You impacted so many and your legacy will continue to do so. I love you so much and treasure the conversations we had.

My sweet Nellie you will certainly be missed on this kingdom of earth. Such a sweet spirit that we could all draw from... Never did she feel like God had handed her a cross.. if she did she handled it with the upmost grace. Thank you family for sharing her with us... our prayer are with each of you.

Nellie was one of the most sincere, professional, & personable lady to do business with. She will be missed, but treasured by all who knew her.

My deepest condolences and prayers go out to Nellie's family. She was the sweetest and I loved her dearly!

Over the last year and a half that I have worked for Broussard's, Nellie and I had become friends. We talked on the phone several times everyday. She was always willing to help me and answer the 500 questions I tend to have.....even if I repeated the same questions a week later. LoL! She didn't mind though, because she wanted me to succeed. It was genuine! I could tell that it was never about me or her....It was about the families and making Broussard's the best that it could be.

We shared stories of our faith, and church, and our walks with Christ. One of these days, she would have gotten me to commit to an Acts retreat! LoL! I would always tell her, "Nellie, I'm not Catholic, I'm just Christian!".... That didn't matter to her. As long as I loved Jesus, that's all she cared about.

In her last days at work, I could always hear in her voice during our calls when she wasn't feeling well. Everyday I would ask how she was feeling and she would always say she was good. She was just that way....I don't think she wanted anyone treating her like she was broken. She appreciated our prayers and concern, but it meant more to her to just be here... being productive, and feeling needed and valuable...which she was....and then some!!

Nellie, I will miss you everyday!! Please give Frank my love, and I'll see you both again someday! Xoxoxoxo!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I have dealt with Nellie for many years. She was always so sweet and helpful. She will be missed. Prayers for her family and her co-workers.

So sorry to hear about Nellie's passing. Prayers for the family.

It was a blessing and a delight to get to know Nellie when I served at Infant Jesus Church.

May God console her family and grant her eternal rest.

My heart is hurting I love you my best friend and Sister in Christ . To your precious family I am so sorry. Nellie I know you saw the face of God , Jesus and his Angels as you followed all too Heaven.

Her wonderful family, her family in faith and her Broussard family with whom she worked so dilegently for so many years. I. Know you all will miss her. She had so many gifts and shared them in Christ's name.
What a legacy she leaves.
