Peggy - my dear friend, I'm thinking of you and your family during this sad time. I'm so thankful that I got to meet your mother - what a sweet lady. I wish I could be there to give you a hug. I hope you can take comfort in the love and support of family and friends. There's another angel up in heaven, looking over you.
With deepest sympathy, Delores

Peggy, I was so sorry to hear about your mom. Take some measure of comfort with the knowledge that she is now in the hands of our Lord and there can be no better hands for her to be in. I, too, have fond memories of her cheerfulness in greeting all of our gang at Forest Park any time we got together at your house.
I know how hard it is to lose your mom. Please extend my sympathy to your sisters and other members of your family. May God bless you all at this time of need. I know he will.

Remembering our special aunt takes me back quite a number of years. She was a beautiful redhead in her younger days that could certainly turn heads! My Mom chose her to be my God Mother making her extra special in my mind. We kept in touch at Christmas through notes and it was a delight to visit her on our way back to Lake Charles ever-so-often. She had that magic touch to make you feel special – would like to think it was a Babineaux gift! Was surprised to see she was only 10 years older than me! Her memory will forever be in my heart. May God be with all of you during these trying times.

My dear Peggy, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I remember her fondly. Even though we have not been in touch often, I think about you and our buddies from Forest Park. Please, hold onto the happy memories. I'm praying for you.

I will always remember your mom, Peggy, with great fondness. She was a very gracious lady, always pleasant, quite friendly, and she was never at a loss for amusing Cajun stories to entertain all of us...and she always did! Although I did not see much of her after we graduated from Forest Park, she made an indelible imprint on my mind that will forever remain there. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your sisters at this sad time, and may your many wonderful memories of your mom comfort all of you as time goes by. Lois

Peggy and family, I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's death. I know it is difficult for family left behind. Our faith is so comforting at a time of loss because we know there is a celebration going on with everyone who has gone before her. Hold on to the good times you shared with her. You are in my prayers. In Christ's love, Joyce Barta
