I am saddened to hear of Joyce's passing. She was a treasured volunteer of the RSVP program having been a volunteer since 2004. She remained a faithful volunteer until recently as her health declined. Joyce had a kind and giving spirit, always wanting to help others. Prayers for her family in the days ahead.
