We are grateful for the life and service of Dr. Federico A. Arcala. He graciously and lovingly cared for so many people, including my parents, Rev. Kelley and Jannie Black, my sister, Valarie, my in-laws, George and Hattie Finney and so many other family members.
We are grateful that Dr. Arcala now rest from his labor and receives his everlasting reward of Heaven! To God be the Glory! May the Lord be with the family and give you peace as only He can give!
