Nancy,
I learned of Bob's passing this afternoon, and it has greatly saddened me. Although I have not seen Bob or you in many many years, the memories of our times together are very clear in my mind and heart. There are other folks from those formative Austin days that will surely miss his presence, his fine wit, and wealth of wisdom. Bob was a gem. May he rest in peace.

Susan, Mary Ellen and I returned from Oregon to hear of Robert's dearth. I'm so sorry for your loss and wish I could have come to the services. It is hard to lose family at any time. I have such fond memories of summers in KC with cousins. Love, Cathleen
