Carolyn McGuire

I had the privilege of working with Carolyn for over 20 years thru her involvement with the Homebuilders Association. She served on its board of directors, chaired committees, worked at golf tournaments and trekked to Austin for legislative rally day's. She never said no and always served with a smile. She closed on two houses for me personally and all I had to do was sign. She really knew her job and did it so professionally. She was a beautiful person and my heart goes out to her family. This community just lost a wonderful lady.

Carolyn was such a nice person. Beaumont has surely lost a beautiful soul and asset to our community.

Carolyn was a Lady! Carolyn was a Professional! Carolyn was a Friend! She was much, much more than just these few words. I've been away from Beaumont for 16 years now...but yet...haven't found anyone in Houston that trully compares to Carolyn when it came to closing a transaction.
Her promptness, her thoughtfulness and her all around way to make things easy and more comfortable for you and your client. Her famly, real esate family and freinds will miss her dearly. Carolyn, may you rest in Peace!

I’m so sorry, I wish it was something more I can do to ease the pain, but I know that Jehovah can by means of the resurrection hope. With sympathy and prayers to the family.

You were such a beautiful person inside and out, always willing to help and always going above and beyond the norm. It's hard to think that you will no longer be here with your friendly & beautiful smile. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. This is not goodbye for we will see each other again, till then sweet lady-fly high in HIS love & strength!

As of right this minute it has been 24 hours since you left this earth. I STILL cannot believe that it is real. I miss you my dear friend but your battle is over. You fought a great and courageous fight.....we expected nothing less. What you have done for SO many in this community will never be forgotten. You approached me as a new REALTOR to be my escrow officer. When we started to evolve in this community, you made it a point to encourage us and be part of our "empire"...LOL. You taught me MORE than I ever realized and I owe you the eternal gratitude. Your body has left and I will miss your voice but your giving and loving spirt will be with us forever. I pray for peace and comfort for the family in the upcoming days/weeks/months as they continue life without you. You have brought SO many people together, given everything of yourself, expecting nothing in return....hard footsteps to follow! But a life fully lived and love freely given.

Our hearts are heavy with the passing of our friend. Prayers go out to friends and family for peace and comfort. Carolyn will surely be missed by all.
